01

general

Q1

How long does a project take?

Depends on size. A simple site takes 2-3 weeks, larger stores may take 2-3 months.

Q2

Yes, all projects include 1 month free support, with optional monthly retainer plans.

Q3

What services does Money Leek offer?

Q4

Do you develop Android and iPhone apps?

Yes, we build fast, secure and easy-to-use apps for both iOS and Android.

Q5

Do you offer hosting, maintenance and monthly support?

Yes, we provide monthly hosting, maintenance and support packages including updates, backups, performance monitoring and security.

Q6

What is the difference between SEO and GEO?

SEO improves your visibility in search engines like Google, while GEO improves your presence inside AI answer engines like ChatGPT and Gemini. We provide both.

Q7

Can you build an ERP system for my business?

Yes, we design custom ERP/CRM systems connecting accounting, inventory, sales, HR and customer management in one place.

Q8

Do I own the source code after delivery?

Yes, you get full ownership of the source code and admin dashboard after project completion.

Q9

Do you work with clients outside Egypt?

Yes, we serve clients across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the Gulf and the Arab region, delivering projects remotely and professionally.

Q10

How do I start my project with you?

Contact us via the website or WhatsApp; we analyze your needs, send a clear quote and timeline, then build in stages.

Q11

Do you redesign existing websites?

Yes, we redesign and rebuild existing sites to improve look, speed, user experience and search ranking.

Q12

Do you build online stores with payments and inventory?

Yes, we build complete stores with cart, online payment gateways, inventory and order management and a full dashboard.

Q13

Do you manage social media pages and ads?

Yes, we manage your Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts: content, design, scheduling and paid ads, with monthly reports.

Q14

What technologies do you use?

We use modern, reliable technologies like Laravel, PHP, React and Flutter, with fast, responsive and SEO-friendly design.

Q15

Are the domain and hosting in my name?

Yes, and that is our standard rather than an exception. The domain, hosting and app store accounts are all registered to you. Any agency that registers them in its own name ties you to it permanently — that should be your first question to anyone.

Q16

What if I want to change agency later?

You take the code, the design and the database, and the accounts are already in your name, so you move without friction. We think that is the right arrangement — if the work is good you stay by choice, not because you are locked in.

Q17

Do you sign a contract, and what is in it?

Always. It covers ownership of code and design on payment, a detailed scope and an explicit out-of-scope list, the timeline and payment stages, how many revision rounds are included, the warranty period after handover, and confidentiality of your data.

Q18

Do you work with clients in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the Gulf?

Yes, and it is a core part of our work. The time difference is one to two hours, so we share the working day. We run on a written scope, a live staging link from week one and a weekly review, and we travel for the meetings that matter. Building from Egypt costs clearly less than a local agency at the same standard.

Q19

Which currency do you work in with Gulf clients?

We agree the currency in the contract based on your country, and the price stays fixed for the project rather than moving with exchange rates. We also state up front what is and is not included, so there are no surprises.

Q20

What do you need from me to start?

One page in plain language: what the problem is, who will use the system, and what it must let them do. No technical spec needed. After the first meeting we come back with a written scope and price. The biggest cause of delay is content and photos, so preparing those early saves weeks.

Q21

Do I see the work before handover?

Yes, from week one. You get a live staging link you can open any time to see where the build stands, instead of waiting for a monthly demo. There is also a weekly review where you react while changes are still cheap.

Q22

Do you train my team on the system?

Yes, and training is part of handover rather than an extra line. Not out of generosity — most abandoned systems were abandoned after one day of training, with the team reverting to the old way. We train in stages and provide a usage guide.

02

payment

5
Q1

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, and Vodafone Cash.

Q2

How much does a website cost in Egypt?

The price is driven by the size of the site and its functions, not page count. A simple company site differs from one with online booking, user accounts or an accounting integration. We give you a written quote covering every page and function before we start.

Q3

How much does an online store cost?

Product count is not the driver. What matters: payment methods, price tiers if you sell wholesale, integration with existing stock or accounting, number of languages, and custom reporting. We set all of it out in the quote.

Q4

How much does a mobile app cost?

It depends on screens, functions and integrations. We build from one codebase for Android and iOS, which is clearly cheaper than two separate apps, and we set out the ongoing annual costs — store fees and hosting — so nothing surprises you later.

Q5

Do you take a deposit, and what are the payment stages?

Payment is split into stages tied to deliverables rather than dates — you pay when you receive a working stage and can see it. The percentages and stages are written into the contract before we start.

03

services

11
Q1

Do you offer logo design?

Yes, full brand identity (logo + colors + typography) is available.

Q2

Do I need a website or an app?

If you want people to browse, order and get in touch, a responsive website does the same job for a fraction of the cost and without asking anyone to install anything. An app becomes necessary with frequent use, when you need a camera, GPS or offline work, or when notifications are core to the service. We tell you the truth even when the answer is no.

Q3

What is the difference between off-the-shelf and custom systems?

Off-the-shelf is cheaper and faster but bends your operation to fit it. Custom is built around how you work but costs more and takes longer. The practical rule: if your operation looks like everyone else's, buy off-the-shelf; if something in how you work is why you win, go custom, because off-the-shelf will force you to drop it.

Q4

Do you integrate with a system I already run?

Yes, and it is a large part of our work — accounting systems, payment gateways, couriers, barcode hardware and existing ERPs. What matters is knowing early what will be integrated, because it shapes the build from the foundation rather than being bolted on.

Q5

Do your systems support e-invoicing?

Yes, built in from the foundation rather than added later. Systems are built compliant with Egypt's e-invoicing system and Saudi ZATCA: item coding, the approved format, the QR code and integration. Any new accounting system without it gets rebuilt months later.

Q6

Why is my site not showing in Google?

The most common causes: it is not indexed or the sitemap is wrong; pages are duplicated between the www and non-www versions so ranking strength is split; the content is too thin to rank; or no titles and descriptions were written. We run a free audit and tell you honestly where the problem is.

Q7

How do I get cited in ChatGPT and other AI answers?

It needs specific things, collectively called GEO: explicit quotable facts instead of generic claims, structured data telling the engine who you are and what you do, a well-written FAQ page since that is the most-quoted format, an llms.txt file, and allowing AI crawlers in robots.txt — many block them without realising they are removing their own chance of being cited.

Q8

How long does SEO take to produce results?

Technical work shows within days — speed, indexing, fixing duplicates. Ranking on competitive terms takes months of sustained work on content and authority. Anyone promising page one in a fortnight is selling you an illusion.

Q9

Do you offer maintenance and monthly support?

Yes. After handover there is a warranty period covering defects at no cost, then an optional monthly support package covering security updates, backups, small changes and a defined response time. It is not mandatory, but plenty of systems fail purely from neglected updates.

Q10

Do you build sites in both Arabic and English?

Yes, and properly: each language gets a real URL indexed on its own rather than one page being swapped, the content is written rather than literally translated, and direction flips completely in Arabic — the whole interface, not just the text. This matters especially in the UAE and Qatar.

Q11

Can you migrate my old site without losing my Google rankings?

Yes, and it is the part most redesigns forget. We set up correct 301 redirects for every old URL, preserve the content that brings traffic, and monitor performance after the move. Without that a new site starts from zero, however much better it looks.
