E-invoicing — built in from the foundation

This is not something bolted on at the end. Our systems are built compliant with Egypt's e-invoicing system and Saudi ZATCA from day one: item coding, the approved invoice format, the QR code, and integration. Any new accounting system without that gets rebuilt months later.

What separates a real system

• Fine-grained permissions — each employee sees only what concerns them.
• A full audit trail — who edited an invoice, when, and what it was before.
• Live reports opening on a phone, not reports you request from accounting.
• Error prevention — it will not let you sell at zero stock or record a payment above the balance.
• Integration with barcode hardware, POS terminals and couriers.

Off-the-shelf or custom?

If your operation looks like everyone else's in your field, off-the-shelf is faster and cheaper. If something in how you work is the reason you win, an off-the-shelf system will force you to drop it — which costs more than the price gap. We tell you our honest view before selling you anything.

Rollout is not installation

Most ERP projects fail for non-technical reasons: opening balances entered wrong, one day of training, or management never using the reports. So we roll out in stages — department by department, each settling before the next — and training is part of handover, not an extra.
