HARM — Integrated Arabic ERP

HARM is the ERP Money Leek built for itself and now deploys for clients. It runs a full Arabic accounting core — a chart of accounts, double-entry journals, receipt, payment and transfer vouchers, cost centres, fiscal years and multi-currency with exchange rates.

Sales, purchasing and point of sale

Quotations and sales orders, sales and purchase invoices with returns, recurring invoices, promotions and multiple price lists, goods received notes and delivery notes. The POS supports barcode scanning and thermal printers.

Warehouses and production

Warehouses typed by purpose — spare parts, maintenance, finished products, production — with FIFO inventory layers, serial number tracking, reorder points with low-stock alerts, bills of materials, production orders, transfers and stocktakes.

HR and advanced finance

Employees, departments and job titles as a tree, payroll and leave, attendance by hand, QR or fingerprint, a self-service employee portal and time tracking. On the finance side: cheques in and out with maturity tracking, budgets, petty cash, fixed assets with depreciation, multi-rate VAT, withholding tax, and bank reconciliation with statement import.

Reporting

Trial balance, income statement and balance sheet, general ledger and account statements, ERP reports for daily activity, customers and debt aging, consolidated reporting across branches, and a custom report builder.
